11th Annual Meeting of the Brazilian Finance Association

Call for Papers


The Executive Committee of the BRAZILIAN FINANCE ASSOCIATION would like to
invite the submission of research papers for the 11th Brazilian Finance
Annual Meeting, which will be held on July 28-30, 2011 in Rio de Janeiro,
Brazil.

The submission deadline is April 12, 2011. Submissions should be made via
the conference website, which may be accessed from a link on the Annual
Program page at www.sbfin.org.br All papers and abstracts must be submitted
electronically as pdf files. All papers submitted will be subject to a
double blind review.

Papers can be submitted to one of the following tracks:
1) Investments

2) Corporate Finance;

3) Derivatives and Risk;

4) Econometrics and Numerical Methods in Finance

There is a limit of 3 papers per author regardless of the tracks to which
the papers are submitted. Accepted papers will be included in the
proceedings CD-Rom. Authors with a paper accepted in a subject related to
fixed income markets or securities can apply for the ANBIMA Fixed Income

paper).


As in previous years, there will be a mini-course, this year to be given by
Markus K. Brunnermeier, Professor of Finance of Princeton University.
